Pet Policy
- Please note that only dogs and cats are allowed in the Hotel.
- Pets must comply with local law requirements. The import certificate for the animal’s health must be presented upon arrival. If this document is not presented, the hotel is entitled to prohibit your access and cancellation will apply.
- Pets allowed must be up to 10 kg.
- Only one pet will be allowed per room. For more than one, approval will be needed.
- Your pet must always be controlled.
- The pet must remain on a collar and leash while transiting public areas of the hotel (the only exception is when inside the room). Pets are not allowed access to restaurants, bars, spa, swimming pool, gym or other areas that our collaborators indicate at the time (excluding guide dogs).
- Please inform the reception when you have plans to leave the property and leave your pet alone in the room. If you require a caregiver or any special services for your pet, please contact the resort host in advance for appropriate arrangements.
- Pets must not swim or bathe in private pools, tubs, plunge pools or the beach.
- The pet must be trained to make their needs outside. We sincerely request that you use special bags to clean your pet's needs in established areas.
- If your pet gets restless and/or barks, we kindly request that you take control to avoid interrupting the tranquillity of other guests.
- When an associate of the Housekeeping cleans the room, we carefully request that you be present, put the pet in your conveyor box, or take the pet for a walk around the hotel.
- You need to be present to take care of your pet while a member of our team of collaborators is providing service to your room.
- Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the property and/or for injuries to the hotel's collaborators by the actions of their pet.
- Guests must agree to indemnify and de-armor the Resort, its owners and operators from all legal liability and damages suffered that were caused by their pet.
- Angsana Corfu reserves the right to charge to the guest's account the full cost for any damages caused by their pet during their stay at Angsana Corfu.
- Angsana Corfu is surrounded by a diversity of wildlife. The company is not responsible in the case the pet contracts an illness, suffers an accident or dies.
- If during your stay, your pet requires medical attention or shampoo, haircut or other services, feel free to contact our Resort Hosts who will be able to locate the best options in Corfu to meet your requirements.
- Pet fee is 100€ for the disinfection of the room, during your stay.
