The suites have a romantic style and a spacious layout, with beautiful views. Each suite has a separate sitting area and bedroom with a king-sized bed and offers views of either the courtyard or countryside. They have spacious marble bathrooms. The suites are located in historic buildings and can accommodate a maximum of three people using one extra bed. The room can be connected to a Deluxe Junior Suite.

• Suite Oliveto

Room size: 85-90 sq. m / Maximum accommodation: 2 adl + 1 child

The interior features an open-plan design with a contemporary style. The suites offer beautiful views of the hills and countryside with a spacious 30m² terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor breakfasts.. They are 85-90m² in size and can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child with an extra bed.

• Suite Limonaia

The Suite Limonaia is a two-level suite located in the gardens of the estate's former Limonaia. The suite features a 20m² garden terrace with views of the gardens. It is suitable for three people and covers an area of 68-100 square meters. The living area is located upstairs and has high ceilings, a separate seating area, and a dining table for four. The master bedroom is located on the lower level and has a private furnished garden terrace. The Limonaia building is a short walk from the main hotel.

The Grandiosa suites are spacious, measuring 60-72 sqm and accommodating up to 3 people. They feature antique furnishings and terracotta floors, with wood-beamed ceilings and plastered wall finishes. The colour palettes include classic Tuscany hues of terracotta, soothing blue, and cypress green.

The Castello di Casole suites that range from 80 to 99 square metres can accommodate up to four people and has a separate sitting area. The suites feature a blend of rich Italian fabrics and exposed stonework, which recall the ancient heritage of the 10th-century castle. Guests can enjoy views of the surrounding Tuscan hills, and some suites also include views of the San Tommaso Chapel. One suite connects to a second bedroom located in the ancient castle tower
