- Hotel Fonteverde is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Tuscany, one of the most picturesque regions of Italy. Located in the town of San Casciano dei Bagni, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and cypress alleys, the hotel offers not only spectacular views but also an exceptional level of service focused on tranquility and wellness.
- Hotel Fonteverde is built on the site of ancient thermal springs, which have been used since the Renaissance. The healing waters are rich in minerals, and the hotel itself was created with local architectural traditions in mind, combining classic and modern comfort.
- The hotel is famous for its thermal complex, where guests can enjoy natural thermal waters rising from the depths at 42°C. The spa offers a variety of treatments, including thermal baths, massages, facials, body treatments and detox programmes. The outdoor thermal water pools provide a unique relaxation experience with views of the Tuscan hills.

The Superior room has been totally renovated, inspired by the Tuscan tradition. The warm and welcoming colour ivory contrasts with black or taupe grey details. The moulded headboard takes inspiration from the shapes of ancient Tuscan palaces, where the outlines are well-defined. The bathroom features exquisite travertine marble, while the floor is made of precious wood.

The Superior Balcony room has been completely renovated. Everything, from the colours to the finishes, originates from the Tuscan tradition. The dominant shade is a warm, bright ivory, alternating with black or taupe grey details. The room includes traditional Tuscan terracotta flooring and a small terrace overlooking the courtyard.

The Superior Valley View room has been totally refurbished. It is now comfortable and bright, featuring new colours ranging from lighter shades of cream and ivory to contrasting black and taupe grey details. The Deluxe Valley View room is completely renovated. The moulded headboard is characterised by a black or taupe grey stripe that alternates with lighter colours, just like in ancient Tuscan palaces or in the churches of Florence and Siena. Some rooms can accommodate three guests, with the addition of a third bed.

This is a unique historical location within a Renaissance-era setting. The space has been completely renovated and features large windows that overlook the Val d'Orcia, providing ample natural light during the day and a stunning view of the night landscape. The interior is reminiscent of a refined orangery, complete with Viennese straw chandeliers, antique chairs, and blush armchairs. For dinner, you can enjoy a magnificent menu that combines traditional Tuscan dishes with the creativity of chefs. The menu is accompanied by an exceptional wine list.
SPA and Pools
- Cryotherapy
Reducing inflammation and effectively reducing the signs of ageing is possible not only through an active lifestyle and a balanced diet, but also through cryotherapy.
Cryotherapy involves staying for a short time in a special cabin that maintains a very low temperature of around -85° Celsius. This therapy stimulates the circulatory system to respond, helps to recover quickly from sports activity, and reduces inflammation and joint and muscle pain. In addition, it promotes weight loss, makes the body burn calories, speeds up the basal metabolism and tones the skin by increasing collagen production.
The novelty of this procedure at Fonteverde lies in the special combined effect of cryotherapy and warm thermal water, which together increase the effectiveness of the procedure and trigger vascular exercises, improve blood microcirculation and stimulate the production of endorphins, creating an overall feeling of well-being.

At the Fonteverde Fitness Centre, you will have free access to a large fitness area.
You can alternate between 50-minute scheduled fitness sessions with a personal trainer or 25-minute group fitness sessions in the gym and cardio area. Entrance to the gym and cardio fitness area is free for hotel guests.
