The Abano Grand Hotel is part of the GB Therm Hotels company and is situated in Abano, a renowned spa resort in the Veneto area. The hotel's 189 spacious rooms and suites are all furnished in luxurious Louis XV style and have superb décor. Two bathrooms, a living space, a bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, and a terrace overlooking the lush, 20,000-square-meter park are included in the Imperial and Presidential Suites, which have a surface area of roughly 110 square meters. The three hot pools, which are surrounded by this park and are available all year, are set at varying temperatures according on the season and have ultramodern equipment for underwater massages, hydromassages, cervical water jets, underwater beds, and the Kneipp program. The Venezia SPA features multi-colored wet&dry clay baths, a salt sauna, an ice room, and a steam path for detoxification. A gym with views of the spa pools is available, as well as the special Spazio Acqua, which offers hydrokinesis therapy and tailored anti-aging GB Method treatments. The hotel has three restaurants: the poolside Grill, the Ai Quadri bistro, and the refined Pietro d'Abano restaurant, all of which provide the finest Italian cuisine paired with prominent Italian and worldwide wines.

The suite also has two bathrooms, a larger one, in the bedroom in elegant marble, shower and bath, and a smaller one for guests in the living room area with built in closet. - Ristorante Etoile
Located outdoors in the park, next to the pools and among the trees, Ristorante Etoile is the ideal place for a light lunch. The restaurant serves hors d’oeuvres, grilled dishes of meat, fish, and vegetables, making it just right for a light but delicious break between a dip in the pool and a treatment at the Spa. Here the smells and tastes of classic Italian cuisine are expertly combined into delicious à la carte dishes with international appeal, served in the romantic setting of an enchanted garden. Ristorante Etoile is also open to guests from other GB hotels.
- Ristorante Pietro d’Abano
This restaurant is loved by gourmets worldwide. The chef takes recipes from Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and improves them, creating imaginative and refined dishes that are made even more delightful by the charming atmosphere. Live piano music in the background, sparkling crystal chandeliers, an elegant hall with monumental, temple-like columns, and excellent service make a dinner here an unforgettable and delightful experience. The restaurant also offers an à la carte menu and a wide selection of wines by the glass providing the opportunity to try out interesting wines or the best wine pairing for every dish in your dinner.
Park and pools
The 20,000 square-meter (5-acre) park that surrounds Abano Grand Hotel features 3 large pools available all year-round, with water temperature that varies from season to season. The thermal water of the spa springs right in the middle of the hotel grounds, near the Spa and contains a unique combination of mineral salts, iodine,and bromine that is found nowhere else in the world, rich in valuable anti-inflammatory properties.
- Etoile Pool
This pool is located outdoors in the park, among beautiful exotic plants. The temperature of the water varies between 29°C (84°F) and 34°C (93°F), depending on the season. The pool has a whirlpool, underwater massage jets, neck and shoulder massage jets, areas where you walk against the current, and steps up and down to improve your health. Group water aerobics classes are held here every day from Monday to Saturday.
- Soleil Pool
This pool, which is located outdoors in the park, is connected to the indoor pool. The temperature of the water varies between 30°C (86°F) and 34°C (93°F), depending on the season. The Soleil Pool has a large number of whirlpool sections — both in the main section of the pool and in the individual sitting areas.
- Lune Pool
This thermal pool is indoors, but it is connected to the Soleil Pool outdoors. Depending on the season, the temperature of the water varies between 32°C (90°F) and 36°C (97°F), making the pool perfect even in winter. One section of the pool has a Kneipp walk, which provides invigorating hot/cold cycles to improve leg health.
- Aqua Space
This indoor pool is part of our Romanae Thermal Spa. A thermal pool that is truly private since the Aqua Space can be reserved for exclusive use for occasions such as exercising with a personal trainer, a deep relaxation treatment, or an evening with friends.
SPA
- The architecture, layout, and décor of the Romanae Thermal Spa recreate by design the charm of an ancient Roman spa. The Spa is a veritable temple of psychophysical balance, wellbeing, and beauty. Here, the history of Roman spas meets the technology and accuracy of modern beauty treatments.
