Designed by world-renowned Japanese restaurant architect Noriyoshi Muramatsu, Saoke offers the most incredible views and is the perfect setting to indulge in this homage to traditional Nikkei Japanese cuisine. This floating oasis of deliciousness serves selected sakes, sushi and teppanyaki/kotatsu seating for the iron griddle enthusiast. Dinner 7pm-10:30pm

A specially curated dining experience with flavours from Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean and the Levant. • The most frequently used currency is the US dollar and all traded items are priced in dollars. Other accepted currencies include Australian, Singapore and Canadian Dollars, Japanese Yen, Euro and the British Pound, according to Maldivian Monetary Authority exchange rates. The Maldives has its own currency called “Rufiyaa” (MVR) but the resort accepts credit cards from American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
