Six Senses Ibiza offers a refined culinary experience grounded in a farm-to-table philosophy. Dishes are prepared using fresh, high-quality produce from Can Tanca, an organic farm located in nearby Santa Gertrudis, as well as ingredients from the region’s finest farmers and fishermen. The menus, inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of Spain, Italy, North Africa, and Latin America, cater to diverse tastes, offering everything from light bites to lavish sharing platters, reflecting the cosmopolitan spirit of Ibiza.
