• Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet and will be charged accordingly during or even after their stay.
  
• Your pet is not permitted in any public area of the hotel, including the public pools, restaurants, bars, the Soma Spa and the beach.
• The usage of private pools by your pet is not allowed.
• Dogs must ideally be trained and well mannered. In any other case, (especially loud dogs) must be transferred from the room to a specially designated area, as to not disturb other hotel guests.
• Guests that will not comply, will be requested to find alternative accommodation and 100% cancellation fees will be charged for all the remaining nights.
• The management reserves the right to ask the guests to remove their pet from the hotel premises, should the guests refuse to comply with the above policies of the hotel.
